To comprehensively capture the wonderful moments and on-site atmosphere of this event, we will conduct photography and videography throughout the venue, including crowd close-ups, forum sessions, and environmental imagery in public and semi-public areas.

Photography Authorization and Usage
Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or recorded. The images and audio recordings captured may be used for event recaps, digital promotion, live streaming, or various promotional channels operated by EDRR CHINA and its partners.
No Close-up Shots Without Permission
We respect your personal space. Unless we obtain your explicit verbal consent, we will not conduct close-up photography, interviews, or one-on-one recordings.
Prefer Not to Be Filmed?
